Building Inspector with Thermography Expertise
Passionate about buildings and construction, Vincent has developed extensive hands-on experience over the years in construction, renovation, and building maintenance. This practical background gives him a thorough understanding of buildings, from their design and construction to their overall condition and performance.
In addition to this experience, Vincent completed a 23-year career as a technician with the Canadian Armed Forces, where he developed a strong commitment to precision, attention to detail, discipline, and compliance with established standards and procedures. These qualities are reflected in every inspection he performs.
Vincent holds an Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in Building Inspection from Cégep Beauce-Appalaches and is a Snell Level I Certified Thermographer. He provides comprehensive and meticulous inspections in accordance with current industry standards.
A member of the Quebec Association of Building Inspectors (AIBQ), Vincent serves the Quebec City and Chaudière-Appalaches regions. Dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, he takes the time to guide buyers through this important process by providing clear explanations and detailed reports, helping them make informed decisions with confidence.
