Toby has more than 19 years of experience in construction, civil engineering and project management. This background helps him connect visible conditions with the way a building functions and with the client’s priorities.
Toby completed both Recognition of Acquired Competencies (RAC) pathways in building inspection for Categories 1 and 2. His work covers residential properties as well as commercial and light-industrial buildings. He follows a structured process: define the scope, document material conditions and clearly explain inspection limitations.
As a co-founder of Groupe Inspek, Toby contributes to practice development and the client experience. He is known for explaining complex technical issues in accessible language.
