Passionate about construction and building inspections, Maxime developed a keen interest in the field after acquiring his first income property and conducting his initial inspections. Driven by a deep curiosity to understand not only how buildings are constructed but also how they should be built, he pursued extensive training in building inspection.
His experience led him to take part in several major renovation projects, strengthening his technical and practical skills. This hands-on expertise motivated him to obtain his general contractor’s license, allowing him to combine his knowledge of construction with his work as an inspector. As a member of the APCHQ, Maxime is committed to maintaining a high level of proficiency by participating in ongoing training, particularly in building mechanics, to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
