With 15 years of experience as an electrician in the Armed Forces, Kévin Labonté has developed a sharp eye for identifying deficiencies. Combined with his extensive training, his career has led him to hold positions requiring rigor, precision, and adherence to standards, making him an expert in building inspections.
A graduate in Electrical Engineering Technology, Kévin is also a Snell Level I Certified Thermographer and has completed two college certificates (AECs) in building inspection: one for Category 1 buildings and another for large Category 2 buildings. These certifications, combined with his professional background, have solidified his expertise in analysis and inspection of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
With solid experience in managing, maintaining, and renovating residential and multi-residential buildings, Kévin brings a unique and practical perspective to every inspection. As a real estate investor himself, he fully understands the personal and financial stakes involved in buying and selling properties.
As a recognized trainer, he teaches building inspection at the Quebec Real Estate Investors Club and the APCHQ. He has also mentored several inspectors at the beginning of their careers, sharing his expertise and knowledge. His ability to simplify technical concepts and guide clients with clarity and confidence is the cornerstone of his professional approach.
