Expertise grounded in field experience
Before entering building inspection, Kévin worked for 15 years as an electronics and optronics technician in the Canadian Armed Forces. That background shaped a methodical approach to observation, documentation and clear risk communication.
A graduate in Electrical Engineering Technology, he also completed two college certificates in building inspection covering Category 1 buildings and large Category 2 buildings. His experience managing, maintaining and renovating properties gives him a practical understanding of owner and investor decisions.
Kévin also teaches building inspection. In the classroom and on site, his priority is the same: make technical information understandable and useful for the client’s decision.
