Expertise grounded in field experience
Cédric’s background is firmly grounded in field experience. Fifteen years in construction-site management gave him a practical understanding of project stages, construction methods and the way building components interact.
He also worked for five years as a firefighter. That experience strengthened his observation skills, rigour and attention to conditions that may affect occupant safety or the building’s long-term performance.
As an inspector, Cédric puts this combined experience to work for buyers, sellers and property owners. He favours a thorough process, accessible explanations and a clear report so clients can distinguish significant findings, recommended follow-up and decisions that should be planned.
