With several thousand inspections completed, Toby Thériault is recognized as a leading building inspector in the Greater Montreal area. A Certified Master Inspector (CMI), member of the APCHQ and OTPQ, and certified in commercial and light industrial inspections (CCPIA), he stands out for the precision of his assessments and the quality of his client support.
With over 19 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, and project management, Toby has developed a deep understanding of building systems and performance. His hands-on experience allows him to quickly identify issues, assess risks, and guide clients toward informed decisions.
As co-founder of Groupe Inspek, he actively contributes to advancing inspection practices and improving the client experience. His expertise is also recognized within the industry through his role as a jury member for the Domus Awards for two years (2025–2026), where he contributed to the evaluation of residential projects based on rigorous standards of quality and compliance.
