Where Are Your Data Stored?

We do not retain any PHI (such as social security numbers, health insurance numbers, or credit card numbers), and we encourage our customers never to transmit such data to us. When paying Groupe Inspek invoices, your credit card or banking data will temporarily be present on the secure Stripe website but never in our environment. As it is often required to have access to it while you are a customer with Groupe Inspek, critical personal and professional data is stored in an encrypted digital safe (Zoho Vault), using AES-256 bit encryption, and Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2/1.3) with strong encryption.

Other data of our customers are stored by Groupe Inspek with two reliable sources, Google Workspace and Zoho. Google Workspace stores data on encrypted servers in Google data centers, while Zoho exclusively uses Amazon’s encrypted servers in the United States and Canada. How Long Are Your Data Retained?

As we aim to retain our customers for the long term, data is retained indefinitely. This allows us to provide quick support when requested by our customers. However, this data is stored in our secure solutions.

For users who register on our site, we also retain the personal data provided in their profile. All users can view, modify, or delete their personal information at any time. Platform managers in Zoho can also view and modify this information.
