Gohar began his construction career as a project coordinator before managing institutional construction projects. His mechanical engineering background gives him a detailed understanding of building systems and their interactions.
He completed residential building inspection training as well as specialized commercial inspection training. This combination helps him tailor his analysis to the property and assignment objective.
As a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and APCHQ, Gohar favours rigorous analysis and precise explanations. A building inspection is not automatically an engineering service; its scope is defined by the service agreement.
