Where is your data stored?

We do not store any PHI data, such as social security numbers, health insurance numbers, or credit card numbers, and we urge our clients never to provide us with such information. When paying Groupe Inspek invoices, your credit card or bank details will be temporarily stored on Stripe’s secure website but will never remain in our environment. Because access to this information is often required while you are a Groupe Inspek client, critical personal and business data is stored in a secure digital vault (Zoho Vault) encrypted with AES-256 bits, using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2/1.3) encryption with strong encryption.

Other customer data is stored by Groupe Inspek with two trusted sources: Google Workspace and Zoho. Google Workspace stores data on encrypted servers in Google’s data warehouses, while Zoho uses only Amazon’s encrypted servers in the United States and Canada. How long is your data kept?

Because we value long-term customer relationships, data is retained indefinitely. This allows us to provide prompt support when our customers request assistance. However, this data is stored securely within our systems.

For users who register on our site, we also store the personal data they provide in their profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Zoho platform administrators can also view and edit this information.

 

What are your rights regarding your data?

If you contact us at  info@groupeinspek.com , you can request a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include data kept for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
