With several years of experience in construction and building inspection, I bring a comprehensive and diverse background to serve my clients effectively.
Coming from the construction field, I have worked in various trades: carpenter-joiner, roofer, disaster recovery technician, residential renovations, and licensed general contractor. Over the years, I have also completed several real estate flips.
In 2015, my passion for buildings and construction led me to specialize in building inspections. Since then, I have continued to refine my skills to provide thorough and impartial inspections.

- Certified member of the APCHQ – Building Inspectors (#92065604)
- Certified Commercial Property Inspector (CCPIA)
- Certified WRT (Water Restoration Technician) – IICRC (expertise in water damage and sewage backups)
- Level 2 Certified Thermographer (Snell)
